Spent xmas in this hotel and had two good experiences: first, the hotel has a nice pool, a great feature for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Second, the hotel is in a strategic location with many shops and restaurants nearby, so I didn't have to go far to find what I needed. the room was clean and tidy which was an advantage.
Had some problems. The hotel staff was incredibly unwelcoming and unfriendly, which really detracted from the experience.

The hotel features a nice swimming pool and polite staff. Our room was equipped with a comfortable bed, a working desk and chair. We enjoyed a nice view from the room and appreciated the available facilities, including bottled water and good Wi-Fi. The bathroom was clean and well maintained.
There was a bit of confusion about the breakfast offering, which was advertised as included but turned out to be unavailable.

The hotel offers a fantastic swimming pool, which was perfect for relaxing and refreshing after a day out sightseeing. the location was ideal, with easy access to public transportation and a variety of restaurants and shops nearby. Another great advantage was the comfortable and clean beds in the rooms.

While my stay at this hotel, I found the cleanliness and hotel facilities to be top-notch. Additionally, the location was great and easily accessible with ample parking. The staff was very helpful and accommodating during my stay.
Everything was fantastic.
